Einleitung
Es gibt mittlerweile vier Möglichkeiten eine Webcam zu betreiben.
1. Ihr habt einen Router mit USB Anschluss dazu eine passende Webcam

2. Ihr habt einen Server laufen und die Webcam übrig

3. Ihr habt eine Netzwerkkamera (IP-Kamera)
